Delivery

Location of delivery

The delivery of your order will be made to the address indicated during the ordering process. We ship our Demoizelle collections throughout mainland France but also internationally.

Delivery time

Your order is delivered within 5 to 10 days (excluding weekends, holidays and sales period). An email will be sent to you to confirm the shipment of your order.
Regarding international delivery, it may take a little longer.

Package tracking

As soon as your parcel is taken over by the carrier, you will receive by e-mail and/or by SMS a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number which will allow you to follow the parcel and to know the progress of the delivery.
