We take great care and attention in the manufacture of our products to bring you complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not sure of your choice or face a size problem, you have a period of 15 days since the delivery of your package to return the goods at your expense unless there is a delivery error or a proven defect on our part.
A product returned will be subject to an equivalent credit and in no case a refund.
We draw your attention to the fact that only bras, baby dolls and negligees are in question regarding returns.
The steps to follow to return goods online:
Step 1 : Make sure that the item is returned in its original case, with its label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. It should therefore not have been worn, washed or stained.
Step 2 : Include the delivery note in the package we sent you with your parcel.
